There is a non-refundable deposit upon ordering the Artistry CD. This deposit may vary in amount and will only be applied toward the price of the Artistry CD. The Artistry CD will only be ordered with the customer’s consent or implied consent by paying the non-refundable deposit.

SHIPPING

FotoFly ships all products using USPS and UPS. FotoFly is not responsible for products that are damaged due to negligence by USPS or UPS nor their employees and carriers. FotoFly is also not responsible for products that are not received due to an inaccurate shipping address given by the customer. If a product is returned due to a wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the newly incurred shipping charge.
